Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders is essential. You will apply robust project and risk management techniques to maximise strategic goals and financial performance, proactively optimising margins. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent delivery, quality, and clear communication is paramount, along with managing compliance with stringent A&D industry standards and regulations.

Strong project management skills gained in international industrial projects are necessary. An engineering or technical background is advantageous but not essential.
