Logistics Coordinator

Are you an experienced logistics coordinator with a strong background in distribution, order management, and customer service? We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support all areas of the organization, with a primary focus on ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through the supply chain.
  
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt and shipment of products, ensuring on-time delivery, and managing communication with freight forwarders to monitor potential delays. You will oversee order handling, purchase goods based on customer demand, and work closely with suppliers, warehouses, and customers to resolve any shortages or delivery issues. Your expertise in stock control will be essential in maintaining optimal inventory levels while avoiding overstock situations.
  
A key aspect of this role involves working with ERP systems to manage purchasing and order fulfilment efficiently. You will validate customer forecasts, troubleshoot potential disruptions, and ensure all necessary documentation for shipping, importing, and exporting is accurately prepared and submitted. Cost optimization is also a priority, as you will work to minimize logistics expenses by consolidating shipments and balancing freight costs.
  
Strong customer service skills are essential, as you will act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance on shipping methods and ensuring a seamless experience.
