As a Junior Engineer (Electronics), you’ll play a key role in developing and supporting high-performance microelectronic products—from new designs to optimising existing systems. You’ll collaborate across departments, support real-world applications, and help shape the future of our technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design & Layout: Create PCB and hybrid circuit layouts, including wire bonding and packaging, based on internal and customer requirements.
- Problem Solving: Address design changes, obsolescence, and technical challenges with practical solutions.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, testing, and quality teams to ensure production-ready designs.
- Technical Evaluation: Review new project enquiries and conduct layout and space analysis.
What You Bring
Must-Haves:
- Background in electronics engineering and circuit layout
- Proficiency in tools such as Cadence, Altium or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail
Nice-to-Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
