We’re seeking a Fleet Contracts Manager to join our team in Central London. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, supporting and managing key commercial contracts across our rolling stock fleet.
�� What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead on the management of Train Services Agreements (TSAs) and rolling stock lease agreements
- Support the onboarding and execution of new contracts and commercial agreements as they come into place
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lessors, ROSCOs, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and proactively manage any changes, risks, or disputes
- Drive continuous improvement across fleet commercial operations
�� What We’re Looking For:
- A self-starter with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage their own workload with minimal supervision
- Solid experience in rail or rolling stock, ideally in a commercial or contracts capacity
- Proven knowledge of TSAs, leases, and the contractual lifecycle of rail fleet agreements
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator who can influence and collaborate across various functions
