GTS Executive Search Process:

The GTS search process is continuously refined and augmented to increase precision and speed.

Stage 1 Consultation

The mandate begins with GTS investing time to know and understand your organisation, your strategic challenges, and detailed requirements and culture fit for the role, we then agree on the specific specification competence and the reference questions against which GTS will use to source screen and match candidates.

Stage 2 Market Map

GTS will map the market companies and all industry sectors. We use a range of techniques to ensure we have taken an exhaustive approach to identify the standout talent, covering both active and passive candidates.

Stage 3 Screen and Select

Detailed assessment and screening will take place GTS will meet candidates for interviews. We interview using situational and biographical techniques to assess them against personal behavioural and of course technical requirements.

Stage 4 Strategic Assessment

Once GTS has selected our shortlist candidates, we arrange for our industry Advisory Panel to apply an in-depth technical operational, and strategic appraisal. This very valuable for positions that require high-level levels of capability and experience.

Stage 5 Presentation of Candidates

After we have put together our shortlist, we will undertake full refencing and personality profiling and will then provide you with a detailed understanding of each of the candidate’s background and suitability.

Stage 6 Post Placement and On Boarding

We maintain contact with both you and the candidate post placement to ensure a smooth transition and that the candidate is making the impact you require.
