Are you a natural leader who thrives on turning ideas into real-world solutions? We’re on the hunt for a proactive Engineering Project Managers in the Hampshire area to take charge of custom development projects — delivering them on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.
 
In this role, you’ll be the linchpin between engineering brilliance and flawless execution. From initial concept to final delivery, you’ll manage every detail to ensure projects are tightly planned, expertly resourced, and completed to spec — all while maintaining laser-sharp focus on timelines, costs, and quality.
 
�� What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to shape project proposals and justifications.
• Developing and executing clear, structured Project Management Plans.
• Creating and maintaining project schedules using robust Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Tracking budgets and project spend — raising red flags early and often.
• Capturing and verifying detailed project requirements with expert input from across the business.
• Leading risk management efforts, and keeping senior stakeholders informed.
• Running internal and external gateway reviews, ensuring all actions are captured and completed.
• Keeping everything compliant with internal processes and external standards.

�� What you’ll bring:

• A degree in Engineering or a related technical field (BSc/BEng or equivalent).
• A project management qualification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 or similar.
• A solid track record of managing complex, technical projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional communication, planning, and leadership skills.
• A passion for precision and continuous improvement.
