We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth across current & new accounts on the West Coast. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excel at connecting technical solutions with customer needs, this role could be for you.
  
What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and expand key accounts.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Own the sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide valuable feedback to management.

  
What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in direct sales to OEMs and territory development focused on interconnect or electromechanical solutions
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
