CTO – Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview:
As CTO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s technology vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives while driving technical excellence and innovation. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across R&D, engineering, and manufacturing technology, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and future-proofing the company’s product development and production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and market demands.
• Lead R&D initiatives to advance electronic fabrication processes, materials, and manufacturing technologies.
• Oversee the adoption of automation, AI, and Industry 4.0 methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive technological innovation that strengthens the company’s competitive advantage.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, research institutions, and technology providers.
• Ensure that the intellectual property (IP) strategy supports innovation and business objectives.
• Provide leadership to engineering teams, fostering a high-performance culture and talent development.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management frameworks are in place.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader within electronic fabrication, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or a related high-tech sector.
• Deep technical expertise in electronic fabrication, printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing, microelectronics, or additive manufacturing.
• Strong background in R&D, engineering, and production process optimization.
• Expertise in emerging technologies, including AI, automation, IoT, and Industry 4.0.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering technology-driven business transformation.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in intellectual property management, technology commercialization, and regulatory compliance.
• An advanced degree in engineering, electronics, materials science, or a related field is preferred.
