In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining long-term relationships with valued customers, ensuring their success by exceeding their expectations.
What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships: Build trust and rapport with key accounts, addressing their needs proactively and resolving any challenges effectively.
  • Deeply understand customer requirements: Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, anticipate their future requirements, and propose innovative solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of projects.
  • Drive strategic growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to improve customer outcomes, negotiate contracts, and establish clear timelines for performance.
  • Expand our customer base: Actively seek new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop new relationships with potential customers.
  • Represent the company effectively: Present reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to internal teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales of networking and computing solutions within the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data and translate results into actionable solutions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • A results-oriented and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
